MHE-International designed and engineered this resort, which consist out of 6 Chalets, 1 Main Building, 1 Service Block, 2 Winter gardens, 1 Pool, 1 Sundeck, 1 Utility and Storage room with Sitting Area. Those Buildings are on a 27,500 sqm (299,000 sqft) property, just outside of Abu Dhabi Island.

The owner, the former Deputy of the Minister of Planning, decided also to use MHE-International, Michael Hofmann to do the complete Project Management as well as the Construction Phase Process.

This project is valued for 15 million AED, which is 4 million USD and shall be completed end of the Summer in 2012, which is less than 12 month.
